This policy explains what data Sprynt collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email and your sign-in method — password or Google). Workspace content you create (boards, tasks, comments, files, docs). Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, logs and error reports) used for security and reliability. If you opt in: your Telegram chat ID and your push-notification subscription.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the service, to send notifications and emails you request or that are needed for your account, to prevent abuse (including rate limiting), and to diagnose and fix problems. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. AI features
When you use an AI feature or connect an AI assistant, the content needed for that request is sent to the relevant model provider to produce a result. AI integrations use personal API tokens that act as you and can be revoked at any time.
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run Sprynt: managed database, authentication and storage (Supabase); hosting infrastructure; email delivery; Google (if you sign in with Google); an AI model provider (for AI features); and Telegram (if you link the bot). They process data only to provide their service to us.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions and to remember preferences such as language and theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete content at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data; some backups and logs may persist for a limited period.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is protected by row-level security, and API tokens are stored only as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage strong, unique passwords.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Children
Sprynt is not directed to children and should not be used by anyone under 16.
