Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sprynt. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password and API tokens secret, and for activity under them. Provide accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
Don’t use Sprynt to break the law, to harm or harass others, to upload malware, to probe or disrupt the service, or to bypass rate limits and access controls.
3. Your content
You own the content you put into Sprynt. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to run the service for you and the people you share it with.
4. AI features and API tokens
AI features and integrations process the content you choose to send them. A personal API token acts as you, with the same access you have; anything an assistant does with your token is done on your behalf. Revoke a token if you no longer trust it.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep Sprynt available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will try to give notice of significant changes.
6. Termination
You can stop using Sprynt and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Sprynt is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Sprynt after a change means you accept it.
